PROFILE

I have always enjoyed designing and creating furniture. As a self-taught woodworker, I enjoy the whole process of creating a quality piece of furniture. I hand select each board paying special attention to color and grain. I design each piece so that is has strength and visual appeal, while taking into consideration that wood expands and contracts due to climate changes. I will create a piece of fine furniture that will stand the test of time and you will enjoy for years to come. I use traditional joinery...mortise and tenon, dovetail, etc. I primarily work with walnut, cherry, and mahogany but I can work with other domestic or exotic woods upon request. I use a hand rubbed oil and varnish finish to bring out the natural beauty of the wood.
I live in Cumming, Georgia with my wife, Leisa, and our two daughters.
